I booked an appointment for the boss a week ago (and got someone else), who didn't clean my nails or cut the skin, didn't do the design I wanted instead of just saying she couldn't do it, amongst other things and still charged full price, as well. My daughter had her toes painted only but was charged with a pedicure.

The best nail salon ever!! Love the staff and nails’! Always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with reasonable prices. If you haven’t already, treat yourself to a pedicure on the wonderful massage chairs!! Sadly, have moved out of the area now but still in touch with the lovely Vanessa. Miss you guys! x

There's a guy who were glasses, he is very good. The other ones, im not very sure, a lady once did my nails, and they have a tendancy of talking about people in thier language, that's not good. Wish they make staff stick to one client until they finish instead of changing all of sudden without even informing the client However, the guy in glasses is so good.

Having tried arylics and gel at other salons, I've never been so estatic and satisfied with my treatment than with my experience at Hook Nail & Spa. The acrylics are super sturdy and the colours are so vibrant - just beautiful! The workers were extremely professional and polite and continually made sure that I was happy with the treatment. Following this wonderful experience, I could not stop thanking them and admiring my nails. I could not recommend them enough! Thank you so much again!
