The guys in the shop are awesome, especially Ben who was the first person to meet me through the door, he is incredibly polite, knowledgeable and helpful and he makes nice cup of coffee too. There was no pushy sales pitch which made my decision to buy my E bike from there an easy one. I also get the impression that the aftercare is great to, judging by the staff interaction with other customers collecting their bikes after service and repair. All in all a great experience.

Every time I come here I am always treated like royalty. Ben and the team have always provided top class service and they work their best to ensure my bike is to the best it can be. Their prices are alway fair too. I cannot recommend these people enough. If you ever need to buy a bike or have your bike repair, make Giant Chelmsford your number one spot.

I popped in last week because I needed to figure out how to use a folding bike , the guys were so helpful , made the bike roadworthy quickly and helped me understand the logistics of the bike - they didn’t even charge me and we had a laugh as they sorted it out - top guys - when I replace I’ll be going there - so nice to meet helpful and nice people - thanks !

Best bike shop for miles around. Customer service is exceptional. They always make sure you are happy without any pressure of purchase. All the staff are amazing and offer awesome advice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The best bike shop in Chelmsford in my opinion, (after some phone calls and visits to others in the area)the staff helped me with all the extra parts for my sons bike and they built it professionally and quickly the staff were super helpful and kept me up-to-date on anything that i needed to finish the bike awesome shop.

Picked up my brand new Giant Fathom 2021 today after purchasing via click and collect. What a fantastic experience.Ben looked after me from start to finish and ensured the process went smoothly. He kept me up to date and communicated with me perfectly. When I attended the shop for the first time to collect the bike the whole team at Giant Chelmsford were polite and made me feel very welcome. A couple of final adjustments were made to the bike then they even helped me put it in the car. A very very happy customer and would highly recommend buying your next bike from these guys. Thank you!

Excellent shop with a good range of bikes and accessories. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and more than willing to spend time with customer queries. The after sales service is excellent too. I am not particularly local but will definitely make this my go to bike shop.
