Our whole experience with Renewal Fuel has been top notch. From the initial visit and quote, the verification by a visit from an independent engineer to verify the quote was reasonable to the installation of new inverter and 5kw battery and run through of the app. All the staff we that we have been in contact with including Kelly, Robert, Chris and Luke they have all been efficient, helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend the staff and company.

Purchased a significant amount of equipment with this company- an air source, solar panels and EV car charger. Once they receive your money they don’t respond to emails regarding faulty equipment or fix it! Get your renewable equipment elsewhere!!EDIT- renewfuel can take the time to reply to reviews but not emails so it seems which sums them up. A 7.2kw system performing at max 3.2kw is not on ‘over performing’. They’ve refused to give me any data which proves it’s performing anywhere near to 7.2kw, all my emails have just been ignored I’m now unfortunately having to go to the ombudsman. Save your time and money and invest elsewhere

Very impressed with service so far, the fitting was a week after we signed up. Fitting was done within the day, we were generating power by 3pm that day. We have an app on our phone that displays what you our saving, our roof being North west is not the best but on a sunny day in June provides 14KV that is enough to power the house. We have the batteries so that in winter we can charge off peak and reduce our peak rate consumption to hopefully nill

Horrendous experience with this company. We had an Air Source heat pump fitted and all associated work nearly 3 years ago and nothing was calculated correctly and now left with insufficient heating in the winter and the damage caused to my home from leaks and installation is disgusting. The contract they made me sign was with a 3rd party so I am unable to take renewafuel to court. I must stress Renewafuel sales team sold us the system and now refuse to get back to regarding issues. Avoid these like the plague. Some how they are deleting bad reviews 100% positive is a lie

The electrician explained the app to us again and how the system works even down to the best times not to use my washing machine. We were extremely impressed and very happy with the complete turn key project. Had them fit mine in October and January this year job is alright as long as you don't ask when you have a problem when you ring up, they always say Chris is ringing you tomorrow as we all know tomorrow never comes noodles your call back

From start to finish, this company was fantastic. From making my enquiry they acted fast and booked us in for a consultation. Martin was brilliant, friendly, and professional. He didn't try to hard sell a solar package to us. (He actually listened to us on what we wanted - not like the other companies that came out) Chris (surveyor) came out and looked at the structure of our roof and how many panels we can have. Again very friendly and professional. on the day of the installation, Martin came out to see how it was all going and if there were any issues (which there weren't) the installation was fast and we were up and running in one day. Would definitely recommend this company to everyone. They are rapid at getting back to you if you have any issues regarding the app.

Very good service, apart from installing one battery instead of two, however all was put right. Phil and Bailey were friendly and competent installers and Luke was very good explaining the technical stuff and app

Recently had Solar Panel and battery system installed. The process was so easy and i was kept informed throughout the process. As i was keen to have a system installed the process only took 7 days from start to finish. I had already recieved quotes for a system from other suppliers but Renewafuels proposal provided me with a higher spec system at a lower price.

Luke was an absolute star helping us with connecting our batteries to the WiFi. He also answered all questions we had and sort out everything else we needed at our house. Amazing customer service!
