Taxi was 20 minutes late for me, not so much as an apology from the driver. Was getting it to work and even booked it earlier in the day to make sure I wouldn't have to wait. Absolute joke, and of course expects full price to be paid then.

Rang this taxi company a few times at 3.30am on a Saturday night and the phone was answered but they hung up straight away everytime!!! Please to answer the phone properly and if busy at least tell the customer that!!! Not good.

I use Foyle when I'm staying at Premier Inn, always fast and friendly service . Other companies always give a waiting time. I have to say Foyle always attends straight Way .
