Great selection of beers from around the world in a little independent shop staffed by friendly, knowledgeable people.

A family run specialist off licence. They have an excellent range of both local and continental beers.They also regularly host wine and beer tastings.

Such a lovely shop with a fantastic selection of drinks from all over the world- even plenty of low alcohol options. The owners are really knowledgeable and more than happy to help (but not pushy!) and the shop itself is dog friendly. What more could you ask for? :)

Great little find in the village of Oxton. They have a fab selection of craft beers, bottles & cans. They also have a tap in this village but I've not visited it yet.

I am sitting in the Home Brew Tap, with a lovely pint of Paulaner beer! It is a very comfortable place, and a friendly atmosphere. Currently there are 10 beers to choose from with varying strengths from 4.3% to 5.5%. There are only sausage rolls and bar snacks to purchase. However you should eat at home, before coming along.

I'm a local and find my way here probably once a month.They have a good range of beers with a focus on the craft brews but not exclusively they also stock a decent range of traditional German and Belgian beers as well as a small but well selected range of ciders. There is an obvious effort to support worthwhile local breweries but you will also find offerings from America and a few pleasant surprises from the likes of Japan.Prices are comparable to other craft bottle shops in the region.They also offer some specialist Gin and Whiskey for those who like a stronger tipple.They do a lot with a small space and if you are in the area they are well worth a visit, even if it requires a detour. They are located in picturesque Oxton village that itself offers a couple of nice pubs, a couple of very good cafe and a few very good restaurants.
