Ordered wings on Deliveroo. The wings are pre-boiled which of course I expect. However they are only out on the grill long enough to leave the grill marks. Unfortunately ordering on Deliveroo means I can’t return them but the wings were terrible!!! Boiled wings with hot sauce! Not worth the £25 this meal cost me in the end with tip and all the charges of Deliveroo. (Note I am in town onlyFor the night so ordered Deliveroo as I don’t Have time to venture out)

We visited this branch and was promptly received by Maya. She made us feel welcome and showed us our table.We had a special dietary requirement and answered our questions. Later when our food arrived at the table Maya took the effort to come over and check if everything was ok.Perfect example of a ‘Superstar Colleague’

First eating out in London. Quality remains the same as I tried few years back. Chicken was made to perfection with right amount of spice. Side dishes such as garlic bread, mash potatoes and haloumi cheese all very good. Great atmosphere in restaurant.Cost about 50 pounds for four persons.

We really enjoyed our dinner here. The atmosphere is really good and the staff are all really friendly. They managed to get us a table pretty quickly and the food was super quick too. Good job as we had booked the cinema! We got a full sharing platter with sides. The fries were delicious and nice and hot. The slaw was good, a few big pieces of cabbage. But the chicken just wasn't that great. The chicken breast was very dry and the leg meat was on the edge of done. So it was a little disappointing unfortunately

I made my order online at 12:10 and was told the collection time would be 12:30 and my food would be ready by then. I got there for 12:25 and waited until 12:41, still without food, until the receptionist decided it would be a good idea to tell the chef about my order. The service and wait times are TERRIBLE. I sat there while people who ordered after me were receiving their orders before me. And to add insult to injury, the receptionist blamed the delay on 'short staffing'. They looked very staffed to me! If my collection time was 12:30, why was my food only prepared 10 minutes later?

Probably not the best photo but I got Nandos delivery on Thursday evening, the food was delicious as always! I haven't sat in the restaurant for probably 2-3 years however, the food is always good when ordering delivery!

Love Nandos and this restaurant always delivers. We have eaten here several times, and the service is good and the portions well sized. Ordered over the app every time and never had a problem. Will definitely be back.

We arrived at the restaurant just as they were closing because we got lost etc. I have to say the staff were phenomenal. They served us, made us the best food we have eaten in Nandos, they were all polite and we did not feel rushed. And points to the staff member that helped us to take a group picture. Thank you so much for being so accommodating as this is not what most places would do. Others would simply not let you in or rush you when you get the food. God bless you all ☺️
