We have used infinity print for many years now, at first we use to just get the ink refils but then they mentioned we could get a business deal of printer and they would supply the ink when its needed.Doing this was a good thing for our business the printer we got was much better than our old one its never let us down and we have been very happy with it.The whole team do a great job and we would definitely recommend them.

This company is great. Lots of advice from knowing friendly staff. Good selection of printers for general home use, office, schools and photographers.Free recycling of empty ink cartridges.They did a thorough check on my printer and found it to be no longer usable. I wasn’t charged for this, where some companies would have made money from me.So I decided to buy myself a new printer.I paid a fair price in my opinion and came out of there a loyal and happy customer.I have since been back to get refill inks.I would definitely recommend these guys.You won’t be disappointed.Thank you Infinity Print Solutions!!!!Also their shop is easy to find and has a good selection of products.

The lady who made my appointment was pleasant and helpful. The engineer was knowledgeable, and took time to explain and demonstrate the problem with my old printer. Happy that it was beyond repair I purchased a replacement. When I had problem setting it up, the engineer came out to help. The problem didn't really exist - I had made a very silly error. The engineer remained cheerful, kind and courteous throughout. Excellent service from a great team. Many thanks.

Took my printer in as I had a problem with it I couldn’t resolve , paid a £10 inspection fee and left it with them ,received a phone call within a couple of hours printer carriage sorted out no further charge ,first class service would highly recommend , now situated at Durranhill Estate ,Carlisle.This company was previously called Cartridge World at Newtown Rd. A Big thank you.

Great service from Infinity Print, bought 2 large A0 plotters over two years ago and had an issue with one earlier today. Martin rang back in less than 30 minutes and talked me through as well as sent detailed info on how to resolve the issue. Great customer service.
