I chose in mid 2021 a MVL for my 'Ltd' registered company and decided based on location (South Devon) and wider reasearch that Neville & Co were my 'goto' option. I dealt with Lisa Thomas from the outset with my questions and enquiries. I dealt also with Alison Hutchings once things progressed with my MVL. Both were very prompt in communication, knowledgeable, professional, and fully guided me through a tricky process many have not been through before (including myself until now). I was kept informed at each step of the way, and with the progress made over the duration to a succesful conclusion in mid 2022 acting on their instruction when asked/required. At no point did i feel out of control or not fully aware of the progress made, or indeed with the delays incurred with Companies House. I can only speak highly of them both as work professionals, and the Company that they represent. Fees were highly competitive too for the work as carried out. I can therfore thoroughly recommend this company to you if you are looking to conduct an MVL or similar in nature. Thank you and regards.

When my octagenarian mother-in-law's husband died he left their finances in a terrible mess. Recently diagnosed with Parkison's, she dreaded the chasing letters from credit card and mortgage companies and others. Neville & Co came in and untangled the mess, liaising with creditors, engaging knot weed specialists, instructing estate agents and ultimately drawing up the IVA. Throughout the process the company was attentive and professional, but most of all, they were incredibly kind and sensitive to my mother-in-law during a particularly stressful period. I cannot express what a relief it was for the family once everything had been sorted and I am happy to recommend Neville & Co without hesitation.

Was recommended to speak to Lisa Thomas about difficulties I was having with a fellow director. Due to financial misappropriation my business has been left insolvent and so I needed to find out options.Lisa took a very thorough note of the facts and financial status of the business. Lisa then explained, in layman's terms, the various options open to me with their pros/cons. I needed to query some points and Lisa took her time to go through them again without making me feel uncomfortable or lacking.An excellent service and I would thoroughly recommend to anyone else looking for an insolvency practitioner.

Having discussed liquidating my Company with my accountant, I made contact with a number of providers. Neville and Co impressed me from the onset both with the speed to responding, the helpful information provided, the transparency on fees and their professionalism from the onset. Throughout the liquidation process this high level of personal service and professionalism continued - even during the quiet periods they would keep me aware of what was/was not happening.
