Great communication from Brian. Very accommodating with date and time. He managed to squeeze me in. There was a slight issue with my sensors after installation. He quickly fit me back in and resolved the issue quickly and easily. He even brought me 2 McDonald’s coffees while I waited.

Having tried some other tow bar companies who failed to get back to me, I was impressed with the service from Brian. He asked me alot of questions to get all the information he needed. He then gave me a price and a date for fitting. He turned up on time, did a great job and was very friendly and efficient.

We have used derby tow bars for 3 of our vehicles. His work is outstanding, he won’t rip you off and only does what is needed. Door stop service. You’d be silly to choose anyone else!

Cant fault Brians work he has done a great job fitting the towbar on my new motor and the one beforeI would like to say if your looking or thinking of having a towbar fitted give Brian a ring .
