Came in today not knowing what the shop was going to be like I wasn’t let down in the slightest the guy working there was by far the best experience I’ve ever had in any shop was so friendly great selection of parts would highly recommend this shop to anyone local or not it’s worth a visit cheers for the experience

This was the first time I've used Pedall and I'm so glad I went there, Ethan was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He found damage to my carbon frame and put me in touch with a carbon specialist in Norwich, he then stripped my bike down to the frame so the repairs could be done and on completion carried out a full rebuild, it's like having a new bike. I will always use Pedall from now on for all my cycling needs, Thanks Ethan, great, friendly, professional service.

I would give 6 stars if possible! Ethan was warm, friendly and his depth of knowledge is top class. Took my bike in for a gearing problem and it was a rapid and inexpensive fix. Also tweaked my suspension and gave me lots of useful knowledge/advice. Happy customer for sure, and I will be pushing more work these guys way in future, and recommend everyone in the area to use this fantastic service for all your bike needs.

Cannot recommend Pedall enough. He's just built me up a fantastic set of wheels and even went to the effort of providing me a spoke tension report. Really professional and will go the extra mile to make sure things are done properly and doesn't cut corners. Really well kitted out workshop too which always gives a customer a confidence boost. Looking forward to going back in the near future.

Not open 60min after hours shown on the door. We were not the only cyclist's waiting. No response to phone or mobile. Ended up leaving to find another shop. Disappointing!!!

Ethan was great, very knowledgeable guy, happy to leave my bike with him knowing its in safe hands. Really does go above and beyond to help customers out. Will be using from now on for all my sevices and repairs, thanks again Ethan

My cyclo-cross bike needed some serious work on the rear deraliur as I could only get 3 gears, Ethan identified all the problems & fixed them in super quick time, he gave me bike back gleaming, the bike has never worked as well as it does now, even from new, very smooth and no noise at all. First class service from Ethan highly recommended

Really nice fella, professional and knows what he's talking about! Came in with my bike in tatters and left with an almost brand new bike. I recommend Ethan to anyone and who is not only kind but very informative also, gives a lot of advice about bike maintenance itself, and well, you can see it's his passion. So 5 stars from me :)
