No one wants to give a bad report, but I see no other choice in this case. A second visit to this shop over the course of a few years, the service turned out to be not better on the second visit than it was on the first. This time the task could not have been more simple; a copy of an A4 photograph for an A4 frame. On returning home, having married the picture to the frame, it was very noticeable that the picture was not central on the paper. Back to the shop, where the shop owner looked and declared that he saw nothing wrong. I begged to differ, mentioning that I had previously worked in an art gallery. With this he began to dismantle the frame - to redo the picture, so I thought. But no, he asked how much I had paid for the copy and offered the money back to me. He keeping the dud copy - no way, it was not his to keep! I left him with the money and remarked that this was the second time the service I had received was not of a reasonable standard. The reply I got was that there would not be a third time. I say no more.
