My wife has been going to Kate for massage and based on her recommendation I thought I'd book an appointment for sports massage. I am very happy with the massage I received. A lot less painful than expected and Kate is very knowledgable and friendly. I will definitely be back!

I managed to see Kate at short notice after having headaches due to neck muscle stiffness. Kate was really thorough in assessing me and then working on my neck and back to ease the muscle tension, which definitely help. Would definitely recommend.

I was gifted a massage with Kate as my birthday present recently. It was one of the best b'day gifts I've ever received! I was so grateful. Kate appeared to be professional yet warm and made me feel very welcome and relaxed. The massage itself was just heavenly! The right amount of pressure and atmosphere made me feel relaxed and rejuvenated. I cannot wait to book with her again as I'm definitely coming back. Highly recommend you give it a try.

A great treatment, although I didn't feel a great change afterwards but I didn't have any major issues or stress that needed changing so I'm still very happy with the treatment.Kate was great at listening to what issues I did have and she did pay attention to those when doing the treatment. I found the whole appointment very relaxing and I wouldn't hesitate to come again and recommend her to others.

Kate really seems to know what she is doing, and I won't be wasting time or money on any other massage therapist in future. She cleared up tightness in my shoulder in one session and I always feel amazing after her therapy. As others have already said, she is professional, warm and caring, taking time to listen to how you are feeling generally.

I visited Kate in London several times pre-pandemic and then when we went to wfh I was never able to find anyone half as good. I recently went to her lovely base in Hatfield and left feeling so energised. Kate is knowledgable, finds all my knots and kinks and works them out. She is also just super nice and I loved getting to know her a bit in London and then reconnecting more recently. I’ve told so many people that Kate is the person to see for a deep tissue or sports massage. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Kate is my go-to person whenever I have any injuries or niggles. As a former rugby player I often have aches and pains that resurface and Kate is absolutely brilliant at sorting them out. The first time I saw Kate, my neck had completely seized up and she fixed it after one session. I highly recommend her, even if you are just feeling tension in your body and not necessarily suffering from an injury.

It was one of the best back massages I've had. Kate's hands are indeed magical, she really knows what she is doing and the massage was very thoughtful and focused on where you needed extra attention. After the massage, I honestly felt like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders! Definitely recommend!

In my youth I carried heavy messenger bags for too long, and have a legacy of shoulder muscle spasms as a result, as well as a tight upper back. Kate has done wonders for relieving tension and knots there, just the right side of firm massage. Her comfortable and bright Central London studio is conveniently located near Holborn Tube station, across from my old office.
