Very saddened to see on my first visit for a year to buy some food that 2 customers in the shop were not wearing masks. I pointed this out to the chap stacking shelves and was told they dont enforce it. Is this correct ?

Like BP with their m s in store shop. Staff are usually always very helpful but more staff on tills needed because if you are just coming into pay for fuel you can be stuck in queue behind shoppers and coffee take outs.

Fuel and good m&s groceries

Member of staff called Baljeet. Awful customer service, always grumpy and always chewing gum. No hello, no conversation and just a fed up face. No thanks, muttering and honestly try to avoid her when I come into your garage.

I'm a regular customer but after the customer service they provide i will not use bp any more, looks like all the time this petrol station have agreed to find allways a reson to say that the toilet is out of order, after filling up i clearly told the cashier to redeem my bp points, but she told me that she did not heard, not customer focused at all!

The car wash prices are an absolute rip off, £5 more expensive than the next one along the road, pure greed.

Just wanted the say THANK YOU to the lovely young gentleman who served me the other night, I believe his name was Jake. I don't often leave reviews but I just had to for him; he put a smile on my face with his warm friendliness and all I did was go to buy some milk! Very impressed as usually I just seem to encounter moody customer service. 5/5

Many thanks to the manager and male member of staff on the night of 13/11/23 who helped me when my car broke down. They helped me move my car to a safe position until the AA arrived

I visited today because I needed fuel.This petrol station has a very large fore court which is great for me as I tow a large plant trailer.There were plenty of available diesel pumps for me to use, and I didn't have to que.There is an M&S food hall inside the petrol station, which means there is a very good selection of food to buy.They also sell other items like flowers etc.
