Lily and her team are always welcoming and friendly; do a wonderful job looking after my nails. Lovely atmosphere with the staff, chatty and a personal service. Always willing to try and accommodate if I want a last minute appointment.Had a problem when I tried gel nail polish last year, I’m allergic to it - my fault. Instantly removed the gel when I popped back in, and allowed me to try a couple of different brands free of charge to try and find something that would suit - all the time professional and trying to assist. I know if I had a concern any of the team would do their best to sort itI leave the salon looking and feeling 100 times better than when I arrivedAdded bonus; cup of tea offered on arrival - would not go anywhere else.

I’ve been going here to get my nails done for many years. Staff are fabulous (particularly Lilly), great service & wouldn’t go anywhere else. 5 stars!

Lil at our midsomer norton American nails is very perfesshol has got a lot of time to make sure that you are happiest with what you ask for is right she goes on and above her role she make you feel very relaxed in fact.I will just say all of her staff make you feel comfortable and very welcome

Get my nails done here once a month always come out loving them aswell as it always being such a happy lovely atmosphere in the shop I had Lilly today for my nails and I love them x

Lovely family run business.. very friendly and reasonably priced.. I’ve been coming here for years and always happy with my nails. Booking is advisable but they always accommodate walk ins too.

I have visited this wonderful nail salon for over 14 years and have NEVER been disappointed! All the staff are so lovely and talented and their nail arts is amazing ! I would never go anywhere else , give them a try , I promise you won’t be disappointed xx
