I dropped in after a motorway journey as car beginning to slide. Checked tyres. Discovered my car hadn’t had tracking and steering checked by insurers following a crash in February. They put on two new tyres and did tracking for me. Excellent customer service

Took my car in to have the break pads looked at as the warning light came on. Was told I needed £900+ of work doing on pads, sensors, discs. Got a 2nd opinion at another garage and was absolutely laughed at for suggesting my discs needed changing. Only charged £180. I’ve been a loyal Kwik Fit customer for years and feel like I was being taken for a ride sadly.

i was more than happy with the appointment system, you were able to change the original date for one sooner. i arrived on time, and your service team started work on my car immediately, no waiting, within 45 minutes i received a phone call to inform me the vehicle was ready for collection

I made a call to Kwik Fit as soon as I recognised that there was a nail in my tyre. I was told to pop down and they would check it. I did so, they examined it, told me it could be repaired and did so. All done, start to finish in an hour for under £30. Amazing service.

I was told I needed 2 tyres due to nails but they said they would have to order them in, I need them that day so ended up at Kwik fit Wolverhampton and they said I only need 1 as the other was easily repairable all in all glad I ended up at Wolverhampton branch.
