These guys are amazing. We had a vague idea of downsizing and went to look at a flat which turned out to be not quite what we wanted. But Carly, who had quickly got the length of us, immediately suggested we look at a bigger property which we would never have though of viewing without her input. As soon as we walked into it it felt exactly right - brilliant location, exactly the right size for our visiting family, near the shops, lovely bright rooms. Incredibly, the people who lived there expressed an interest in our own house, eventually resulting in our doing a straight out house swap. It was not without problems, (none of them to do with BFL,) but Mark who handled both our sale and our purchase was a total legend, chasing up solicitors and offering support and help wherever humanly possible. It was quite unexpected to stumble on a house agent who would give such service and be so willing to go the extra mile.We are now installed in our beautiful new home and very happy indeed.
