I had a great experience selling my house on Barry Waterfront with Botham Williams. It sold in 3 just weeks, at a time where the market was very uncertain. Throughout the process I received a friendly and very personal service with regular communication, updates and support. It was a far more personal and transparent approach than you get when dealing with the traditional estate agents and they worked with me to speed up the process however they could. I would definitely recommend Botham Williams to anyone looking for a personal and modern service!

We bought our first home through Carlie at Botham Williams and we couldn’t be happier. She made the whole process easy and stress free. They always kept us up to date with the progress of the sale and always prompt at replying to email/ messages. Carlie (Botham Williams) has been absolutely amazing. I had my house on the market with another 'well known' agent and did not get one viewing in 5 weeks. I then marketed with Botham Williams and had 4 viewings booked within hours . Carlie kept me informed continually out of office hours and my house sold to the first people who saw it within days achieving full asking price! I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of moving house. Low fees with high quality service. 5 stars and I wish this new business all the best for the future
