Ordered Thursday night, called Friday morning to arrange delivery the following week. Overall great communication even on the day of delivery. Great price for the timber ordered which included 2x4s,2x6 c16 structural Timber, osb, ply and pir insulation, overall £700 cheaper than local timber merchant and that's including the £70 delivery as I was not local. Delivery arrived as planned and unloaded by the driver. I would definitely recommend and order more as and when required for future builds.

Didn't get a great range of garden furniture, sheds or fencing. We expected to find more options and we're looking for a garden deck. Friendly staff but low range of items.

I purchased 66 3m decking boards last week they arrived but most were split or splitting. Contacted Saresh who was extremely helpful, explained there was a faulty batch and arranged for them to be replaced a couple of days later. Mistakes happen and it’s nice to see when they do that there are still reputable companies that care about their customers and don’t just care about taking your money.

Looking for a summer house .Company is opposite the west Bromwich Albion ground.A few styles to look at .Helpful staff members but ask lots of questions.Also have on line information which we found prior to visiting site .Booked building and delivery of summer house. Arrived on day agreed and lads did a good job erecting on site.The building was smaller than agreed and as per plans so a revised price was agreed .We had a concrete base made but you don't have to .You will need to put guttering up and paint the outside straight away to keep warranty which we was not told at the time of buying also seal the glass windows . We paid extra for inside to be finished better & lagged which is worth doing in production as they will do a better job .Deposit when ordered can be by card but final payment on delivery is cash or bank transfer.

We've had Andy deliver for us a few times now and he's great. Always friendly and willing to help offload, doesn't rush us, and makes sure we're happy with where it's going. Can't get better than that.
