My sister got her first car from here, if I’m honest the car is awful. If I could use swear words I would. The thing is useless and shouldn’t be sold to anyone. The company has sold this to a young woman and used it as a cop out because they know a first time driver is so excited to get one and they don’t always think about things. The company should make customers away of what isn’t working instead of lying and making sure you’re not held accountable of anything. The reason you don’t want to take responsibility and pay for everything to be fixed is because you haven’t got the money to fix everything that’s wrong with it. We wanted to support a small and local business to give you a chance but you don’t deserve another change from anyone because you haven’t held your hands up and haven’t been useful. It would be nice if your customers could get a response to these reviews.

Horrible place if a car goes wrong. Very quick in selling. And gives it all the we fix anything that goes wrong with the car.I asked what was covered they told me everything.1month into having my car I had horrible noise coming from the clutch. They said it was fluid lol. Anyway got it done the noise is still there and they said its not there problem as they no its going to cost over £300This is my first time and last time. Never ever again.

In October 2020 Iwas looking at a Mercedes B Class at a garage in High Wycombe. It was a load of rubbish. I needed to buy a car that day and found one advertised on internet at Johnsons Of Leigh. Arrived before closing to find an excellent B160 2010 model for same price of rubbish High Wycombe car. Test drove and inspected. Purchased there and then to be collected the following week to allow a few minor items to be fixed. I have driven the car for 14 months without fault. It was a bonus that the two owners of Johnsons were such likeable and helpful genuine people.I WOULD LIKE TO LOOK AT WHAT CARS THEY HAVE FOR SALE NOW BUT ONLY LIMITED STOCK ADVERTISED ON INTERNET. ITS A TESTERMENT TO HOW HIGHLY I REGARD THIS GARAGE THAT I WOULD TRAVEL AGAIN FROM SUSSEX TO VIEW/ BUY AS I KNOW THEIR STOCK IS GOOD QUALITY. 5* GARAGE

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASEBrought a Ford fiesta from here 4 years ago. The breaks were worn on each side. And I had to pay for this all by My self! Not helpful at all.The car then broke down 3times.Went back there brought another car worth £7600The 1st week it went in the garage twice.GOT TOLD IT SHOULD HAVE FAILED MOT!!!!!!!!!!!2nd week went back again.1month later I got a horrible noise coming from the clutch area they said they would fix it. And only changed fluid which is a joke, had the car 4 days for this!And cost me 2 days off work as they are 2hours from me each way.I have taken it to a proper garage they told me it was release bearing. Told me the prices I then told johson of leigh and they laughed on the phone because they think they know best. They have done nothing to help. Now I'm stuck with a car that needs work doing to it again!!! Never ever again!!!!!

Outstanding service! Just purchased my car, it was a great buying experience. I left with a great deal. They have helped me with everything and made the process so easy . Avoid buying a car from here got my first car from here it’s a pile of rubbish next time you should check if everything work and actually tell your customers instead of covering it up acting like you didn’t know there’s any problems

Car dealers generally get bad press. These guys proved to be genuine and reliable and fully honoured their warranty without quibbling when an unforeseable issue with the car happened You cannot ask for more than that anywhere . Highly recommend them

Bought a Mercedes B class a couple of days ago and couldnt be more pleased. Im both happy with the car and the professionalism of the staff there. Very friendly and helpful. I left there very happy and confident in the car they sold me. Highly recommended.

Bought our lovely new Ford ecosport from Jamie here a week ago and am absolutely obsessed with the car. He was really friendly and helpful and nothing (or too many pestering phone calls from me as to when I'd be getting the car because I was so impatient lol!) Was too much trouble. Car was released to us a few days after the sale, with a brand new MOT, Tax and half a tank of petrol, was absolutely spotless and ready to drive away with a load of ford service history too! Have had to deal with lots of horrible car salesmen in the past so was lovely to not have anyone pushing sales on us but still being knowledgeable enough to answer all our questions about the car etc. Hopefully not for a long time, but we'll definitely buy a car from him again! Thank you again :)
