Highly recommend The Richmond Hair Company! I went to another salon in town and left with a terrible cut. Super short in the back, long uneven pieces in the front, and layers that didn't make sense-- it was horrendous. I scheduled a consult with Patrick to see if it could be fixed (I honestly wasn't sure it could be salvaged) and then followed up with an appointment a few days later. He was able to turn that original butchered cut into something very cute and I'm so happy I went to him.

I've been getting my hair done here by Richard for 4 years now. The service and the salon are excellent and I always look forward to my appointments. richard always talks me into something new and I've always trusted his judgement.

Amy is just the best, would never go to anyone else. Shes always attentive and really helpful when deciding what you want done with your hair. Super friendly and chilled. Highly recommend she’s been doing my hair for the last 12 years.
