Very sturdy product that came very well packaged. Even the most incompetent delivery driver could deliver it without a scratch because of how well it is packaged, I don't think the most competent driver could even if they tried. Easy to put together with instructions anyone could follow, proabbly took me less than 5 mins. Very well made product which the cats are interested in straight away.Great communication from them via email as well (I picked a product that didn't really exist so lots of back and forth until they could understand my very specific need and rambling prose).The perfect cat tree for the hallway right outside the airing cupboard that the cats constantly scratch at.Big cats, Mainecoon and ragdoll enjoying it minutes out of the packaging.
