I ordered a Pyronix kit from CTS and the customer service was excellent. I forgot to make some changes to my order and I thought it was too late. Anthony got them sorted for me swiftly and even sent me some extras for free.The delivery was fast and efficient. I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough.Keep up the good work!Happy customer.

Very poor customer service all round.I chased order and was told it wasn't shipped due to no delivery. Didn't receive a phone call or email to let me know this, I had to chase them. So if i did not chase them, they would just keep your money and would not refund me. When i called up to chase up, everyone i spoke to was rude, un-helpful and poor customer service. I will not be using there service again.

cts-direct have been great. They went out of their way to find and send me a replacement part (power supply) three years after I'd purchased my Texecom alarm from them. Top marks for customer service.

Be very very careful when using this company, they blatantly lie to avoid giving a refund. AVOID go to a company with good reviews, I messed up and didn’t check before I ordered an alarm that would suit a hotel and when I returned it they claimed I had not only installed it but I had taken some brackets ?! Therefore, I’m left with an item I’m never going to use and also incomplete and out of pocket £260+. Karma will get them.

Shocking company! Wrong items sent out and told me they were the parts I required. After many attempts of trying to get it to work I contacted the manufacture to find out it would never do what I wanted it to. I called cts back and they say they wont accept it back and refund the items as it's been installed. Bunch of idiots £140 out of pocket.

Had a faulty item, sent back, poor customer feedback, took over 5 weeks to get a refund, on calling various times was not particularly bothered with trying to get a refund, no notification refund had been sent, had to call yet again to see status on refund, apparently on my card as a refund, will check next statement. Would not use again.

Terrible experience with this business, rude, unhelpful no sign of any apology or explanation for delays and then sending the wrong item by DPD who I wasted a week trying to catch with an evening delivery. As the other reviews say, best keep clear of this company. I will report to trading Standards.

Bought a Visonic alarm box from CTS-Direct in 2017 - good price and fast delivery then - needed a replacement battery two years later on the Friday before a bank holiday and was delighted that the team there were able to extract the delivery from their normal next working day courier service so a member of the team could take it to a Post Office so Royal Mail delivered it next day i.e. on the Saturday rather than on the Tuesday.Many thanks to the team for great and personal service and for go the 'extra mile' (could have been more - not certain how far the post office is from you!)
