Penny is a great beauty therapist who understands her clients needs, always calm, honest and takes her time until you are ready. I am confident in her advice and throughly look forward to future treatments.

I’ve visited Penny on multiple occasions over a period of around 5 years. Initially, I was thrilled with her service. There is no denying Penny is good at eyebrows. As time went on, I continued to return for top ups every 6 month, she has become more established and busier which has affected her work ethic. My first problem arose when my appointment was cancelled due to lock down, not my fault, nor hers but she charged me more money for my top up because I had gone past the 6 month. I was annoyed as lock down was out of my control, I had recommended 8 customers to her, and I expected a little customer loyalty. With consecutive appointments, she cancelled my top up 2 hours before on the day, the reason? No emergency, she was tired because she had taken her son to a theme park the day before. I had booked the day off work, so it really inconvenienced me. I said I wasn’t going to re arrange but I loved the results I got from her work so I went back again. All okay that time, then I booked 6 week later for another top up. Unbelievably she cancelled the night before saying her doctor had told her to rest. The message was received at 8pm so couldn’t she have let me know earlier? After that, I d weighed it up and thought she is just too unreliable. It’s a shame because her work is so good. Penny needs to read this review and learn from it. Don’t take too much on respect loyal long term custom, don’t just focus on new customers.

I am sixty eight years young and never had my eyebrows done before. I was a little bit apprehensive of the outcome. But Penny talked me through the process first, put me at ease, I don't why I was worried, she did a very good job and I loved her home studio.I Would recommend her to anyone.

Visited penny a while back to have my brows redone. Has the last person to do them, didn’t do a good job.I had two sessions of laser treatment.Then Penny redid my brows bigger and better. I would fully recommend going to Penny. She’s lovely. And will talk you through everything.Definitely will be going back for my top up.

Had microblading with Penny Lane. All I can say is amazing, love the look of my new browser penny told me all the step I would go though when healing and she was completely correct so I didn't panic at all I would highly recommend her and looking at other products she does x

I was a very nervous client after having SPMU brows elsewhere and absolutely hating them. It has taken me over a year to remove them with the help of saline treatments but there was still a stubborn grey band left behind my eyebrows. I opted for laser and after seeing the results penny had received on her social media posts I chose to book in! Penny was lovely and friendly and very welcoming. She was careful and considerate and explained the procedure and what would happen as we were going along . And WOW! What a difference it has made - the grey band has totally GONE?! It’s amazing and I’m so so pleased. Thank you so much Penny - will be recommending to others! Photo is before, and then just one day after the treatment! I been having penny now for about 5 years starting with the micro -blading of my eyebrows with me having not much eyebrows she did the perfect shape for my face and colour and wot a difference and I continue to go for the top up every 8-9 months and she does a outstanding job each time . And makes me feel really welcome and comfortable .

I highly recommend this lovely professional lady. My eyebrows were barely visible as they were very pale and sparse. I now have a well shaped, neat brows in a flattering shade. It has made so much difference to my daily facial regime. Many thanks.
