Torfaen and Blaenau Gwent Mind started a contract with The Good IT Company In May 2018. A very competent, proactive and competitively priced company. If we have an issue, we speak to the support desk who can work with us straight away or if quite an extensive issue they will look into the issue asap. They have helped in a wide range of technology support and some of this is not related to the work that they are employed to undertake. Very happy with the professional service they provide. If you are looking for an IT support company, give them a try, you will be happily surprised how good they are.

Great customer service and attention to detail making our office computer upgrade a walk in the park. The changeover was prompt with normal service to our business throughout, always a huge consideration so that our service to our guests was not affected. We really felt we were working as a team to create the best outcome, which includes continued after sales service. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we forgot passwords or instructions!! Would definitely recommend checking this great company out who treat you with respect, worked within our budget guidelines and really do what they say they are going to do :)

Super efficient, helpful, proactive and knowledgeable. The Good IT company is everything you could want in IT support. Since signing up to their services, the Good IT company have gone above and beyond to assist us. Firstly with switching from an awkward previous supplier (or 2) and now on to developing a more efficient system in order to increase staff productivity. Very pleased and would most certainly recommend.
