We have recently received advice from Dominic Richards. The service we received was fantastic from start to finish. He took as much time as we needed to explain the products that suit our needs and was very detailed when providing his recommendation. He also thought outside the box and came up with a solution that was in our best interests. I would highly recommend.

4 months ago we found out our landlord wanted to sell the house we were in. We decided to try and find out if we could buy and as my husband only set up his business a couple of years ago we knew we’d need someone to help us find a mortgage who knew what they were doing!Our accountant put us in touch with Onkar at Prosperity Wealth.Onkar has been absolutely incredible from start to finish. He always listened to me, he answered every question I had whether that was by phone text or email. He worked really hard to find us the best mortgage to suit our income, pushed it through and made it happen and 4 months on I am sat in my new house. I cannot recommend Onkar enough. Not only is he extremely knowledgable and helpful, but he is also just a really nice guy and has celebrated with us every step of the way. Cannot recommend enough!

I’m so pleased Laura Riegel’s details were given to us as she was the most helpful mortgage broker in our drawn out and stressful situation. After applying for a shared ownership scheme we had our application rejected from the affiliated financial assessor and so we went to Laura. Laura made everything happen for us (including helping getting an EWS1 form from our housing association which was required by our bank and she also got us an extension for our mortgage offer as the process took longer than expected). She was super communicative throughout the whole process and was extremely proactive. This was exactly what we needed being inexperienced and we felt we could really put our trust in Laura. I have had a very bad experience with this company and Gary Evens. They invested my Pension and never contacted me again for two and half years. I sent an email to Gary Evens to ask him to put right an error he made and I never got a reply or had the error corrected. They broke their contract with me. The service I received was very poor. They are not a professional service as they try and make you believe. Take my advice and stay clear of this company. They only have profits in mind and customers mean nothing to them once they have set up their monthly fees. I did receive my monthly fees back and to show how very sorry their where a £100 good will payment (hahaha).

Jordan has been amazing from the start. We have a complicated situation including self employed 1 years accounts and a non normal immigrations status. He has searched diligently for possible lenders to help us and after a few refusals found the correct product and lender for us.
