A company that does not provide you with adequate information or communicate properly. I booked an appointment for timer and damp survey and paid. They did not inform me that the home survey is required and also that they cancelled the appointment. The customer service representative never phoned me back to fix another date even though I was told that she would do so.

I recently purchased a house in Aberdeen and the Home Report noted an area of damp and Woodworm infestation, it recommended getting the property surveyed by reputable Timber / Damp specialists.The survey was carried out by Mervyn Paterson of Peter Cox.Mervyn has a huge wealth of experience and a great depth of knowledge, he carried out a thorough and diligent survey of the house from top to bottom.It is would be easy for a surveyor to recommend treatment and work that is not strictly necessary, but Mervyn was 100% honest about the fact that the Woodworm was historic and also in identifying some minor damp issues.I would recommend Mervyn to anyone without hesitation.

Excellent service from start to finish. Mervyn was very knowledgeable and helpful, he gave me a lot of really useful information regarding mould and how to prevent it. Ordered some Warmroom paint from Peter Cox and it was delivered promptly. Very happy with everything and highly recommend 10/10
