Complete refurbishment of our heating system; remove old radiators, flush system, cure leak, install new radiators, pump & control system & balance it all. Excellent job, can’t fault them. They turned up exactly as & when scheduled & did a great job at the price quoted. Clean & tidy, all rubbish removed. We now have a heating system that efficiently heats the house. Very happy! Definitely recommend them.

Scott and Joe have carried out plumbing work on various projects I have undertaken with my company Klata Interiors (Kitchen Installations and home improvements) I can't rate them highly enough, very professional, clean and tidy work.

Joe and team were exceptional from beginning to end. Came in and quoted us for a few options, including some good ideas based on his experience. Picked one of these, booked it in and the works were completed on time and to a high standard. Heating system in our 1910 semi detached has been completely revamped and we are now ready for the next phase of our renovation. Joe at JW Gas is a very reliable, honest, hardworking tradesman. I cannot recommend him highly enough. We needed a new boiler installing Asap due to the cold weather and the fact that our boiler had seen better days. Joe came out to the initial job, identified the issue and helped with a temporary fix. He then advised on the best boiler to go with and arranged to install it. This was completed to a very high standard, with very little disruption caused. Joe even installed new smart controls to bring the system into the 21st century! A***

I would highly recommend Wood and Williams. The ancient boiler in our new house has broken twice leaving us without hot water (first time was an electrical issue due to a power surge and second time a flow valve had gone). Both times, Joe was able to come round either on the day or the morning after and was able to fix things there and then. He was courteous, professional and left things tidy. I also appreciate that there was no hard sales pitch. It would have been very easy the second time round to try and sell a new boiler rather than fix our old one. Instead we had an honest conversation about boiler lifespans and when it makes sense to repair vs replace etc. When we do eventually replace, we will 100% be using Wood and Williams. The prices were very reasonable, and he’s clearly very knowledgeable.

My elderly mum had no heating and hot water, I contacted J W Gas & Heating on recommendation. They did not disappoint, a member of the team came out that evening, established the issue which was going to take more than an evening to rectify.They fitted the work in by doing it on the next weekend, rectified the immediate issue to get the boiler working again and provided a plan and quote to stop this happening again, which we had done.Joe was contactable and helpful for advice afterwards, when I had questions about settings and isolation valves.
