Hales Group Recruitment - Norwich

Work pretty good route short distance for Dom visit but I wouldn’t recommend the company. Very low pay for an industry and they don’t give references if you going to others companies you can’t relay on them for reference. I was working with them for a year and I left due to relocation I even gave them good feedback when I left didn’t though I’ll have to come here to write about them this way. They didn’t cover my new areas that’s why I left. It was only less then a year ago that I was working for hales. I’m staring a job with new company the new company requires 4 reference which some company I worked with them on 2017 stay still issue reference for me and the hales is the latest company I worked with before I moved house. This company is the only company don’t give the reference. My new agency still sending me reminders that hales isn’t do my reference. I worked for Norwich branch and line manager is Paige. I wasn’t have one complaint from customers alway made great reviews from the client for them and I not even mind if they gonna give bad reference either but the fact they ignore is not nice. Don’t waste your time here people low pay and no employees support.

Natalie has been fantastic from my point of view as a candidate , keeping me informed and up to date the entire process going above and beyond what is the norm in recruitment.I have dealt with several recruitment agencies over the years and this one stands head and shoulders above the rest.Either as an employer or potential candidate you wont be disappointed and highly recommended.

I don't normally give feedback, but feel it is necessary on this occasion.Unfortunately, I lost out on a potential job opportunity due to the recruiter's miscommunication to the employer about the time I was available for an interview, which was very frustrating, there was no apology for their mistake but just a flippant response 'Well if you want to withdraw your application, you can’' then on top of that no call back from the recruiter to say whether they were able to get the interviewrescheduled...appalling and unprofessional.Please treat people with the same respect and courtesy as you would like to be treated, especially if you ever happen to be in an unemployed situation!My advice is to anyone who reads this, think twice before using this agency!!凸＜

After 13 years of working for the same company, you can imagine how shocked and worthless I felt when I was made redundant in may 2020,. Fast forward to August, when I joined Hales, joined on a Tuesday by Friday the same week I was working again.Without Natalie and Claire’s assistance I wouldn’t have tried that job, and with their totally encouragement I have now been offered a full time contract .Thank you so much for believing in me.

Super grateful for all of the hard work Beth Stratton has put into finding me a new job. Worst agency I've ever seen. They've been welcome, supportive and lovely in begin, but someone there is completely unstable nervous. If they want to get rid of you- they will. 3 people left office in couple weeks makes sence.
