Ordered this week for the 1st time, 2nd time ordering they got some of my order wrong, but they rectified it very quick, was very very kind besides mistakes happen and gave us a free doughnut! Youve got some customers for life in us. We both said this is the best food weve had has a take out in years!

I am a regular customer here. My family and I eat the food once a month give or take. I love the food here. Its great. But as of late I am finding my experience more and more disappointing and won't be returning.The prices have rocketed and portion sizes shrunk. As an example, the hoisin fries have increased in price by more than 40% recently (as of writing, inflation is 9%), AND the portion size is almost half it once was. The portions of fries we purchased barely covered the bottom of the container.Its shocking behaviour and demonstrates poor business practise. They are seeing how far they can increase their margins by screwing over you, the customer.

Fresh, taste, clean and easy.Preorder over the phone, food is always late to come out but slightly cold. Great menu but not very good on timings.

I dont know whether it was because we ordered relatively late or what but I dont understand the high ratings of this place. The wings were dry as anything. The coating cut the roof of my mouth (supposed to have some sauce on there soooo...) the burger itself was grim. The patty was like mush and the best part of it was the salad on the actual burger itself. We had loaded fries as well which were OK. Wouldn't get from here again.

They were really accommodating and swapped the beef for a vegan patty on their Korean burger, and it was amazing. Also the best chips I’ve had locally, by far.

Food was actually really tastey or at least it would have been if it hadn't been stone cold when it go to us. Booked for delivery between 8 - 8:30. Arrived at 9:40 without a word of apology. Couldn't call to ask as thier phone was off. Terrible service which is a shame cos I think the food would be nice if it was fresh and hot.
