Excellent customer service. It was the first time we had purchased an MG and we have been very impressed. Nothing was too much trouble for Cliff and we went back and for loads of times whilst we were looking for the right car for us. Professional and friendly service we actually couldn't fault it. From browsing their cars to selecting and buying the car, the service was first class! Cliff was professional and friendly throughout. He transferred our old car through the DVLA site, taxed the new one for us and made sure we had a thorough overview of the car before we drove it away. From the moment i walked into the show room i was treated with the utmost respect by Cliff and his team. They were polite courteous and engaged me in every aspect of the sale process , i would have no issues in recomending Cliff and the rest of the staff at OC Davies Neyland,This is my second car from them and i enjoy the fact that there is no high pressure sales technique nothing is too much trouble and the coffee is not bad either!
