Actually writing as one of Swift's suppliers for their flooring needs. Sue in particular is a pleasure to deal with for orders, always quick to respond, friendly and polite. I cant personally speak for what it is to be their customer but judging by this and the rest of the reviews on here I am sure it is an outstanding experience.

The entire team from start to finish were amazing, everyone we dealt with was lovely and always got back to us quickly.Massive thanks in particular to Matt and Stu (and Stu’s team!) for making it such an easy and enjoyable process; nothing was too much bother for them, they answered all questions and when needed gave advice and expert suggestions. Would highly recommend them!

I found Swift a pleasure to deal with from the outset - from the design and negotiations with a very patient Darren, talking to Martin, and then Matt taking over delivery of the project. Outstanding customer service and snags / issues were dealt with quickly and to get to the right answer. Swift have been highly professional and efficient throughout. From picking up the phone to enquire to the last sweep of the broom as the team left. Everyone at Swift has been a pleasure to deal with. The installation team were extremely polite, considerate and hard working. Their attention to detail and finish has far exceeded my expectations.I chose Swift because I wanted a garden room that would not deteriorate after 5-10 years of damp winters. This was a really important build for me, as it’s for my sister who has Alzheimer’s. I needed a practical but beautiful building for her to live in, also I needed it to be a pain free process for me. Swift delivered on all of this. I had an en-suite with open plan living and bedroom space annexe, they provided everything from plans, planning applications, ground works to bespoke building construction. The on-site team were amazing, accommodating all our needs, so we have a beautiful building with no aggro & my sister loves it. Thank you swift it’s been a pleasure.
