BUNCH OF LIARS!!! Don’t even go closer to this shop. I brought my scooter for diagnose and was told it’s a battery problem. They told me they will replace battery with BREND NEW ONE for £200. I agreed and went to pick up scooter in one hours as agreed. Was told again that they put BRANK NEW BATTERY. In two days I received pole and started replacing in by myself and found out that there is battery manufactured in 2020 in my scooter. I call them asking why did not they replace battery, first they tried assure me that they put BRAND NEW BATTERY. Then started explaining that they changed battery sells inside the battery, after started explaining that they changed something else. Finally asked me to go in shop.I went in shop and they started showing me how to refurbish battery. My question was simple WHY DID NOT YOU REPLACE OLD ONE WITH BRAND NEW BATTERY!!! And there came their manager ,,cool boy “ and saying WE DID NOT, AND WHAT YOU GONNA DO NOW. So you lied? Answer YES WR LIED, WHAT YOU GONNA DO.I really don’t recommend to anyone to go there, they just make money in any way they can.

Called to ask whether could come in, nicely welcomed. Options were given immediately, and prices were lot lower than I expected. Fixed my scooter same day, service was so good I decided to tip.

I came to the shop at the date 25/09/2023, I went to get my electric scooter repaired and be on my way, yet with me doing this I experienced the worst customer service I’ve witnessed in my life. The way the owner (man with tattoos on his arm) spoke to me in an atrocious manner with such rudeness was unacceptable. He didn’t accept card so I had to go and get money from a cash point, he told me I needed a certain amount as one part is in need of repair. On arrival back to the shop he then says I need more as there’s more broken parts and sent me back to get more cash. Furthermore, he was very condescending and his tone was extremely disrespectful with him at one point saying “I will charge you more money for opening up the scooter as you will just have wasted my time”. Personally, this was extremely arrogant and idiotic of him as he is not the only mechanic who can fix it and he’s getting paid to do this. I will not be going back and do not recommend this shop to anyone looking for service. Came with no receipt or advice for anything.

Absolutely fantastic service, walked in, no waiting and my scooter was fixed in no time at all. I'm back on the road for a very reasonable and can't recommend these guys enough. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Bloody awesome service!!!

Life saver! Very friendly owner, he put a new tubeless tyre on my scooter on Sunday morning in an hour. He even borrowed me his scooter while waiting for repair so I could enjoy the sunshine outside. Amazing service, good quality and really quick fix. Thank you for saving our weekend in London!

I feel sorry for everyone who has ever come here, because the owner is from Iran and is a scammer! Before you come here, think 70,000 times! They are just trying to make money on you in any way, the prices say 2 times more than they actually are and the same is true with repairs! I ask you, if you don’t have extra wives, look even in this direction!
