Bike Rehab

What a great business - It's so surprising nowadays for anyone to do as they say they are going to do, on time and communicate well, but these guys do so. I found them on the internet because all the other bike shops I went to had at least four weeks lead time on repairs.I walked in off the street and booked my unloved and worn out bike in for an assessment the following week (about three weeks earlier than Evans or JJ could offer). I wanted to know the extent and cost of the repairs needed and could then decide how much i wanted to spend. They were happy for me to drop the bike off just before the assessment and then, as agreed , they emailed me a detailed list of it's condition and made a couple suggestions about repairs that could be carried out along with the various prices. It was reassuring to see that all the comments that I'd made about the bike's faults when I booked it in were typed up and remained on the condition report - they kept all the relevant info to hand.I emailed back to give them the go-ahead for all repairs they suggested because I felt i could trust them. There was a problem getting one of the spares but they suggested an alternative, asked for my approval to use it and still completed the work on time and on budget.I know it is simple stuff and we shouldn't be surprised at people doing their job efficiently and providing good service but it is rare to find these days. I have taken the trouble to write this review (which I very rarely do) because the guys at Bike Rehab run their own small business and deserve our support. It was a pleasure to do business with them. I intend to use them for all my bike maintenance and repairs from now on and recommend that you give them a try.

Such a great group of nice people and great mechanics. Had lots of issues with my SRAM brakes. They assessed and sent back to SRAM for warranty assessment. Really detailed knowledge and reinstalled new brakes. Always very good with communication via email or phone. Super quick turnaround once in the shop

You can expect top quality service from Bike Rehab. Love being able to book in advance, drop my bike in before work and collect it with everything sorted same day. Recently helped me out after a collision with a car - made a difficult situation much easier to manage. Tried a few bike shops in Sheffield but Bike Rehab are the best

I have used Bike Rehab on a number of occasions for various jobs on my bike. They are always professional, polite and courteous and perform the job excellently. Also brilliant is how they call to confirm what work needs doing and give you a price first. Always done quickly and efficiently. Most certainly would recommend!
