Sean installed a new shower for us last week. He could not have been more helpful or friendly - he gave me useful advice on the cabling size and what kind of shower would our system even before the job was arranged. When he came to install the shower he even installed some new pipe for us as whoever had been in the house before had done a shoddy job. The work was all immaculate and he went above and beyond to help us, explaining everything he was doing as he went along. I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending Sean to anyone looking for an electrician.

It was panic stations on Saturday night, water damage caused my downstairs sockets to continually trip, insurance company (Sheilas Wheels) said electrics were not covered ! Found Sean's details online, Sean arrived within the hour carried out some tests found the problem and repaired it along with another issue he had found. Very impressed with his professionalism and also his friendly manner and conversation it was as if we had known him for a long time, as well as a very fair price for the job. I called S. O'Connor to replace the main distribution board at our house.He did this professionally.He also checked all the sockets and the light switches at our house, and replaced faulty ones. This was an extra and he did not charge for this. His price was fair.S. O'Connor a meticulous person of high integrity.

Sean and Callum did such a good job replacing my fusebox, very friendly, went above and beyond to do the best job possible and cleaned up after. Thorough testing and explained everything to me afterwards. I don't normally leave negative reviews but I was really annoyed by the way this company handled my enquiry.I called and spoke to the electrician and explained I needed a new shower fitted. Also explained I would be away for a week and arranged a date after I returned for them to come assess the work required. They said they would contact me 1 hr before arriving. The date came and no call and no one arrived. I texted the mobile number from their website to ask if they were still coming. No response.I called them a few days later and a lady answered the call. I explained the situation and she said she would get electrician to call me back, so I gave her my mobile number. No call back. I called for a 3rd time and spoke to the same lady who said that she had spoken to the electrician and he had no idea who I was and that I wasn't in their diary etc.I understand they forgot to put me in the diary or whatever, these things happen; but to not even give me a call back? Pretty poor.Even your response is so rude. Most companies would accept responsibility and just apologise. I am not a moron; I double checked who I called. I spoke to you for 10 minutes according to my call log - pretty large amount of time for you to never have spoken to me and not arranged to do work for me.

Great work completed, easy quote via email and made sure I complied with flat regulations whilst achieving my goals. Even though the old wiring in my flat was difficult he stayed late to ensure that the job got completed on the day and patched up the holes even though he didn't have to.Easy payment via debit card at the end of the job
