Beauty at 22

I wanted to give some feedback to the owner/manager who is on mat leave about my experience and asked for a contact through FB messenger. The owner got in touch very quickly and called me but halfway through the call, I had a sneaky suspicion that it was actually the girl who did my nails I was talking to and she was pretending to be the owner, as the girl who did my nails has quite a distinctive voice.The feedback I wanted to give was that the girl cut into a couple of my cuticles and they bled, this was fine as it does happen but during my visit she said she that some customers are too sensitive when it happens to them as if it was totally normal and acceptable to cut and make customers bleed and then talk about them in a inpleasant manner to other customers. She also told me about a time she went into work drunk with no sleep.Totally unprofessional and very bad representation for the owner and their business.

Beauty at 22 is amazing. My daughter and I have used all three beauticians and each are wonderful. Lovely friendly atmosphere, great quality products and amazing experience for both of us. If your looking for great value, high quality friendly salon then I’d highly recommend this one.

I’ve been coming to see Nancy and the girls for years now and I couldn’t be any happier with the service I receive every time! I’ve recommended beauty at 22 to friends and family too and couldn’t recommend it enough! The girls go out of their way to fit me in even when I’m last minute!

I've been visiting Beauty at 22 regularly since their opening and always find a clean, friendly environment and the girls are all fabulous at their jobs! Having had treatments with Nancy, Kim and Laura on multiple occasions I can honestly review this salon as 5* for service, value and performance! My nails regularly get plenty of hammer, and last 4-5 weeks routinely! I've had shellac and gel nails, lvl lashes, brow wax and tints and facials, as well as all of my wedding treatments, including make-up, with this salon and always been thrilled with the results!

Prior to going on holiday, I visited Beauty at 22. Despite being nervous on arrival that quickly changed and I was quickly at ease. The staff were kind, friendly and open and clearly wanted the customer to recieve the best possible experience. Will definitely be returning!

I visit beauty at 22 regularly for both my nails and my waxing. Love the relaxed and friendly atmosphere when you walk in. My nails are always done to a high standard and with the attention to detail I want. The girls will always make suggestions if they think what I’ve asked for won’t look quite right on me which I love the honesty. The waxing precision is just what I’m looking for, I have underarm, half leg, eyebrows and Hollywood done and always come away pleased. The communication during the treatment is excellent. With intermit waxing it can be quite intimidating but I’m always put at ease and the friendly chat during the treatment means it’s done in no time. Would always recommend this salon when I’m asked ☺️

I have been to beauty22 for many years and find them very professional and would highly recommend them. The girls are lovely and I have been very happy with all the treatments I have had, which include Shellac nails, hands and feet, eyebrows/eyelashes and and massages. Already booked in again for August.
