Great cheap service

I was an Erasmus Exchange student in Dundalk last year, like me all foreign students wanted to buy a bike to move around Dundalk. The owner of this shop is a stingy and swindler man. For example: He promised us to rebuy the bike for a price at the end of our year in Dundalk. In that moment, when i went to the shop his worker ( like his dog) was everytime saying us that the owner wasn´t there.( false) and he was saying all the time come tomorrow, he made this action with me 5 days.Furthermore, the bikes that he sold of second hand they are rusted and in bad condition.With this comment i hope that i can help to the next students or people from Dundalk to DON´T GO to this shop to buy anything . There are 2 better shop than this shop. and they are really nice. I can´t upload picture of the bike because Im not living there just now.Finally , the price for the second hand bike are expensive, without any service.Im sure that the good mark in the review are the owner´s friends.like the other review , one star is too much for this shop.

I have to say that i am highly disappointed. just to explain why. I purchased my first bike with them in January 2015 the cost of the bike was around 115 EUR. The back tire and frame of the bike got completely destroyed after two month and i had to purchase a second one. The second one i purchased on the internet and was stolen. Then i purchased a third bike EUR 115 with them which i crashed. I purchased another bike with them 95 EUR and i came back to them one week later advising them that i did not like, that i want to upgrade to a new one. The owner promised me, that if i purchase a new bike i will get EUR 70.00 for my old bike. He wrote it on a business card and say he will remember the deal. I then selected my new bike on Friday EUR 375.00 and asked if i can trade in my old bike, he said that i should come back later. I came back today and asked if i can trade it in. Now the owner say that he cannot trade it in as he has too many bikes at the moment and the only thing he can do is to sell it for me. I was asking how i would know if he sold it, how the payment work and that this wasn´t promised to me. He then said that the max he can give to me was EUR 50.00!! As i knew that the only evidence i had was the business card he gave to me and nothing else, plus i am not a person that fights in people´s shops and i also had to go to work, i accepted the offer but find this really not a good way of doing business!! I have spend EUR 629 for bikes alone with him and this excludes the repairs i had( which will add to an additional EUR 40.00). Normally i love to recommend small business and there are a lot of people i know that are interested in getting a bike but i will definitely not recommend your business. It is a shame you are missing out on a lot of customers.

The best and cheapest repairs in dundalk. I went there for most of my repairs and got at least €5 off every repair e.g repair was €36 he got me to €30

Got tire changed on my scooter.... decent price and managed to squeeze me in for same day repair.... big thanks to the lads in the shop
