Small but reasonably priced shop where you can get a meal deal for lunch (although it would be good if the meal deal could include a snack with a sandwich and drink).

Rude staff . That don’t know how to serve customers.Always staff is very grumpy if you ask any question.

Try the vegan bake or the vegan sausage rolls. Wish they sold stotties but as a regular place for a quick bite, it’s a good option

Dear Greggs on BlackheathI visited your store on the 1 November 2016 to purchase mince pies after collecting my granddaughter from school. In your shop with my gorgeous granddaughter I put my purse on the counter to retrieve some coins from my bag. As I became distracted by my granddaughter I left, leaving my purse behind.It was not until I was leaving London the following day that I realised my purse with train tickets in it was missing.Tracing back the previous day's footsteps I realised I left my purse at Greggs the bakers.I was so relieved to know you had saved my purse and kept it safe, enabling me to return to my home in Cornwall. It was a mad dash to Blackheath to collect my purse. I got my train from Paddington by the skin of my teeth, but so relieved that I had my train tickets and purse.From the bottom of my heart I would like to thank your staff (I think it was a lovely young man) who held my purse for me safely, even reporting it to Barclays Bank.If you are ever in Cornwall, let me know, I will happily buy you a Cornish Pasty.With gratitude and best wishesJane

Twice I've been in 3 days at 0900.Rolls so hard need to be jaws to eat them. No choice either only cheese ploughman's. Expect more choice after 2 hours of opening yesterdays rolls don't cut it.Lady in there rude as well. If you don't like it get a job elsewhere

Great staff. They deserve a pay rise! Always friendly, even when busy.

The staff were really friendly. However, this is the third time I've had to eat cold pizza/ sausage roll. They have a policy not to reheat. Fair enough. Health and safety. However, the shop should always sell warm food. Other companies manage! Each time I feel a little unwell and it just seems wrong. The counters must be underheated? Why? There isn't this problem at a fish and chip shop!

Lovely fresh food that is real value for money. The staff at Blackheath are really helpful especially Carol who us amazing.

Amazing service!!! I was late to pick up some food, I called the bakery and the manager told me he will be waiting. Absolutely amazing!!!!
