Ordered today for the first time. Ordered at 19:30 received at 20:48.Food is cold. Delivery driver had at-least 3/4 other deliveries in his bag and we were number 2.For the price it’s disappointing.

Not been to Chick A Ritos for a while so thought we’d give it another go. I placed an online order, to pick up at 7:15pm. I got there a few minutes early and was told it would be approx 10 minutes wait. It was 17 minutes.I finally got the food and went home. The food was nice but the portion sizes have drastically reduced, my wrap was tiny.I said to my partner on the way to pick up the food, if I have to wait more than 10 minutes I’m never going back. So I’m never going back.

Was good when it first opened, not any more. Wrong order arrived (ordered a meal and they forgot the chips). The peri tenders were just lathered in sauce, the chicken looked burnt and was tough on the edges and most disappointing thing was finding a small piece of plastic film in the burger salad. I didn’t even bother complaining as it’s not been great recently but after this occasion not going back.

To start off with the poor women on the phone did not have a clue what I was even ordering then the food come and it was disgusting the chicken was that bad I left it and I thought it could actually bePigeon they only come with one child’s meal my daughter only took 2 bites out of her burger because she felt it was going to rip a tooth out I would not recommend this place to anyone

Awful service, haven't ordered in a while so I thought why not, but nothing after ordering nearly 2 hours ago and no one is answering/manning the phones.After reading some of the recent reviews and checking the socials it looks like it probably isn't even open.It is a shame to see this establishment in such a state considering it used to be fantastic. Paid online by card, so I guess I'm out of pocket and had my time wasted.I would like to see a refund but I have little faith if you can't update your socials, website and Google Business profile if you are not operating. It's pretty much a scam...

I had the garlic kebab and chips. Its was pretty good. Southern American style. Chicken was cooked well with good seasoning. Salad and sauce comes separately in tubs. Only thing i found was the charcoal was bitty. Price ok. Service good.

Always been very nice food but ordered over 2 hours ago and food still hasn't arrived. Starting to think it's not comingA phone call would of been appreciated to let us know what is happening.nearly 3 hours now sttill no food no phone call. Kids haven't eaten this is ridiculous. Ordered at 7.20 it's now 11.35 payed with card still no food trading standards will be informed absolutely disgusting service.

Used to easily be one of the best takeaways round here but with the frequent change of owners it’s gone massively downhill. They’ve messed up delivery orders and pick up orders. Food is consistently stale. The new woman can not understand English and messes up orders. I went tonight for literally just peri fries and cake with custard. No peri salt on fries and no custard! It’s literally two items. Honestly just avoid this place.
