X3 breakfast, 1 vegie & one pulled pork. All very happy with the food. Service was brilliant and great with the dogs. Ambience, decor & outside area fantastic. A choice of coffee may be nice for those who like it that way. You dont need a big fancy machine, Get a filtered coffee.

Excellent full English breakfast. Food was lovely and such good value for money. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Dog friendly as well.

Popped in for dinner and ordered the tapas with bao buns, the food was good with a nice selection, the restaurant was clean and tables nicely spaced, during our meal I went to the bar to get another drink and I was ignored while the bartender stood talking, I wouldn't have minded if the discussion was around service or menu but it was clear the conversation was a personal one, I waited for around 5 minutes and then went back to my seat, after I had sat down and after a few minutes the bartender shouted over * did you want another drink m8?* this indicated he clearly saw me stood earlier at the bar, I said I did want a drink but now it did not matter, we finished our meal and left.The service was poor and if I could have rated it 0 stars I would have, another table in the restaurant saw what had happened and shouted over *you must have been invisible m8*, I believe this is what prompted the barman to shout over too me.

Well what can I say.I'm very sorry that I have to rate the beer very badly, I ordered a mussel pot.I paid almost 10 pounds for the mussel pot. The mussels were of a very poor quality, consisting of more mussel shells than the content. Shame for the price

Nice place, but the gents toilets you can't even close the door. And once in there is a plastic barrel on the wall as the toilet, then to top it off zero water to wash your hands. I'm almost certain you require running water in a toilet for H&S , for this reason alone I would avoid

Been to Roker before and tried Faustos and really wanted to try this place as they also served food.Paid £7.50 for 3 coffees which turned out to be Nescafé. Spotted the staff using a kettle to top up the coffee with hot water but assumed this was just topping up an espresso.Didn't end up staying for food. If the staff are not going to warn you that you're paying the same amount for instant coffee then I'm not buying anything to eat.

A lovely bar and area to drink with a great outdoor area up at the back. However, first time we went in they weren't doing food and the second time the menu was really small with not much choice, understandable for a normal bar that doesn't focus on food but this one mentions food on the outside and has a sign outside for it.Needs a much better variety in its menu with multiple great places to eat down the sea front and around it.

Been today with 2 pals , lovely quirky place , small menu but also has a decent specials board, food came fast , I had the wrap with chips and salad all fresh and home made and was spot on , 2 breakfast were good too. Would recommend you give it a try. I will be back .
