My experienceUnfortunately, this is a courier company that is often used, Most of the drivers in this company have a cold attitude. And sometimes gives fake news, more than once. Last week, I ordered a Christmas gift from fortnum and mason.Unfortunately again,fortnum and mason chose dPd for delivery. In the morning, I received a text message from fortnum and mason to inform me what time it would be delivered. I will wait at home , But what I got was a text message saying that we missed you, and we will deliver it again tomorrow. This made me very annoyed. I just waited at home, I didn’t leave home. No one had been here. They said they will take photos for proof that it has been delivered, When I saw the delivery photos taken by the driver, I knew it was false report because it was just a photo of the box itself, without any environment and other information around it.I called to dPd company, a man told me after he talking to the driver that the driver did not find my address because my street is very long and he didn’t know where I was. Very different from the new I got from the driver himself put online, the front desk said ok , now the driver will deliver it to you within 45 minutes. Two hours later, I called again and asked where the driver was. Because it is a good time for me to receive things today and fly to Europe tomorrow to bring these gifts to my family. The lady who answered the phone kept interrupting me, I said I have to receive things today, because tomorrow I will be waiting for these things to get on the plane at noon, and then in a few seconds she told me the driver didn’t answer phone call,there was no way. I said this is really bureaucratic. I Want talk to the manager, Then the lady of the hotline hung up my phone.That is my experience today. Maybe I will told me family tomorrow sorry I didn’t bring you gifts...I can’t blame these staff for this situation, the driver or the gentleman or lady who answered the phone. I’m complaining about the company’s managers and bosses because of their management system. This kind of problem often occurs. I hope Their non-market economy attitude will make his company customers more and more aware that they cannot use this company.

I had an international parcel that was supposed to be delivered to be on 29th of September, for which I received a notification saying that it will be delivered on 29th of September. However subsequently they have been delaying the delay everyday since and it is now 4th of October and I still have not yet received my parcel. When I track the item, the site says it is now due to be delivered on the 5th of October.When inquired with the customer service, I was not able to receive any clear answer around the reason for the delay nor an apology with a short notice that they will deliver it when it is ready".At this point of time
