Ian who I dealt with from start to finish was excellent. I felt confident he understood my car and explained everything to me after I had had several problems with a previous garage. Whilst my bill was high I am extremely happy with the service due to Ian and will be returning to Kwikfit in the future.

Called in on Tuesday, couldn’t fix it as they were really busy, so was told I had been booked in for 3-30 on Thursday, not a problem with that. Turn up for 3-30 to find out I wasn’t booked in so had to wait til Friday, meaning missing out on a days work, am a taxi driver

I had an appointment booked at 10:30am, I arrived at 10:42am, my tyre was virtually fully flat so I was driving cautiously to the branch. There was also heavy traffic which was unusual for that time of day. The man who was sat in reception with a customer completely ignored me walking in, didn’t even look at me, I was confused as to where I needed to wait, I was stood waiting for a further 10 minutes after arriving before I was even acknowledged. I felt there was no communication on how long my car was needing to remain at the branch, I have never been a customer at kwik fit so I was unsure. When I asked I was told an hour, I said if the man needed my car for longer it was no problem for me to collect later in the day. He said yes in fact leave it here until the end of the day. By 3.30pm I had heard no update, I called to check where the work was up too. It was only 1 tyre that needed to be replaced. I spoke to a much more friendly gentleman on the phone who informed me my car would be ready by 4:45pm & they had found no faults, which was very confusing as it had been completely flat. We had a lengthy discussion about this and agreed to see how the tyre was as it had held pressure. I arrived to collect my car, the same man who had taken my car from me that morning came in rudely and asked what was wrong, I said I’ve come to collect my car, he was very confused & said my car hadn’t even been looked at, he had been back to back with cars all day, and as I had arrived 20 minutes late he hadn’t had time, i relaid the conversation I had with his colleague earlier, again more confusion. It was established in the end that my car had been mixed up with a completely different brand of car. I was offered no apology from this man, instead told I would need to wait a further hour for the car, as I had an appointment at the hospital I was unable to wait. I left the branch to sit in traffic for an hour heading to my appointment, I was very nearly stranded at the branch as I had been dropped off to collect the car. I received a phone call to inform me that my tyre was infact needing to be replaced, along with a puncture in another tyre that they would recommend had a brand new tyre on, as well as another tyre. Along with alignment. I was very shocked to hear this as the car hadn’t long had a health inspection at the dealership with tyre tread barely worn. I questioned this & was told it was the best decision. I said I would need to think about this as the cost was significantly higher than first planned. My car ended up staying at the branch overnight as I could not get back before closing. The next morning, the phone was continuously placed down 3 minutes after the branch opened. I expressed just how poor the service had been, it wasn’t taken seriously at all. I informed them they would not be doing anymore work on my car & that I would be collecting. They informed me they had repaired my puncture. I arrived to collect the vehicle for them to tell me I actually had thousands of miles left before the tyre would need replacing & not to worry. Which completely contradicted the conversation the night before. After leaving the branch, the tyre pressure light came back on again. At this point I had, had enough, I drove my car to a garage who are family friends. I had all tyres checked, only for them inform me the 2 front tyres were in immaculate condition, and certainly did not need replacing at all. I took my car to kwik fit thinking it would be a straightforward experience but instead it has just caused so much stress. At 37 weeks pregnant this is the last thing I have needed. After speaking to multiple people to warn them away from this branch, I have heard lots of similar stories all from females which is extremely disappointing. I would never return to this branch again for any work to be carried out nor would I recommend to anyone I know.

I brought my car in for brake pad replacement. Engineer broke the pad sensor and told me he couldn’t get a part same day. Engineer ran my battery dead by leaving the headlights on all day.Handed my car back to me with 14 warnings and all lights on the dash. Had to leave my car overnight and picked up the day after. Drove car away and brakes were screaming.. had to fix it myself as I didn’t trust Kwik fit to do it.

Bunch of great guys!I have a company car, so I had to use them for my flat tire!They repaired it but it didn't take.I rang them back up first thing when the opened, and explained my situation as I was going on holiday in a hours time!With in 30 mins new tire and out the door!Cheers lads very much appreciated

My car was making a loud knocking noise in the engine. I took it to Kwik Fit, and the manager Ian was excellent. Even though they were busy, he took the time to look at my car. Although they weren't able to fix my car, Ian contacted a garage in Winwick so that I could take it there. The garage was expecting me and fixed my car within a couple of hours. A huge thank you to Ian. You were brilliant.

I didn’t have an appointment, but decided to give it a go at Wilderspool Causeway branch. I explained that my steering wheel was totally out of sync with my wheels, and asked if they could fit me in. They duly obliged, with the result being that the steering wheel was, and still is in sync with the wheels. Great service and a great job!!

The staff at Kwik Fit Wilderspool Causeway Warrington did a great job of replacing all my brake discs and pads today. They are friendly, hard-working and clear in their explanations of what needs doing. Thank you everyone!

Long time over due in leaving this review. The guys in the garage were extremely helpful and genuinely went above and beyond in helping me out. Had my tyres changed but due to wear on the wheel, it was leaking. These guys spent extra time with me to get the car back up and running. Can't thank you enough.
