Really great to deal with. Managed to get there when a new car had come in and wasn't up on their website yet which was perfect for our needs. Super helpful sorting out the finance for us and helped with any questions we had between 1st putting deposit down and the collection date. Even recommended someone to go to about selling our old car for scrap.

The car we purchased was nicely presented and any faults found on the mot where sorted out including the advisories. The 2 month warranty give some security should any faults present themselves in that time. I would recommend Haverhill Car Exchange when looking for a car.

Recently purchased vehicle, no backup tyre, no car jack, no wheel nuts. Called to check with them and didn't get call back for a week, called again, no record of having wheel nuts". Excellent Service from my 1st Telephone enquiry to Driving my Car off the forecourt. Really pleasant to talk to,No pressure from Sales Team. Arranged a time to view without having to put down a deposit. On viewing the car, it was pulled out for us and we were left to look at the car ourselves with no time limit or pressure. All questions we asked were answered immediately. We had a great Test Drive and on return wanted to buy the car and everything was really relaxed and fully explained. Booked a pick up date, and picked it up with Years MOT, Serviced and fully Valeted and they even sorted out the DVLA Car Tax online for me there and then. We bought a Hyundai Veloster from here a couple of weeks ago and the experience was great. They answered our questions and queries in advance and sent photos of a few chips and scratches. As we were travelling a long distance, that gave us the confidence to put down a deposit. On the day, they made us a really nice cup of coffee, which was very much appreciated after a long drive! The car was as described and they had taken the time to polish out a scratch on the bonnet. Following the unaccompanied test drive, they sorted a few minor issues (new wiper blades and refilled the air con gas) free of charge. They also took our old car in part exchange without any hassle. So overall, they were really easy to deal with, not pushy, very helpful, and went the extra mile. We would have no hesitation in buying from them again. Mike and Clare

Satisfied with outcomeInitially a good experience, test drive was good. Car is lovely. Found out later that the car had failed its MOT. Arranged to collect car six days later. Told the day before we had arranged to collect it, it had failed again and I arranged to collect it two days later. Upon collection, everything was good, sales person was polite, explained everything and it went very smoothly.

I bought a car from here yesterday. It needed a jump start before test driving it. The car is very clean and well maintained,they ended up changing the battery there and then at their cost,great for peace of mind. No issues when doing all the paperwork,very smooth transaction. Although an offer of a coffee would have been appreciated after a 4 hour trip there lol. Seriously,I'd buy from them again
