Paid for tenants and deposit protection . Failed to protect my deposit and tenants took to court . The tenants won- hunters had to pay and the ombudsmen awarded me £500 and they have failed to pay it or contacted me . They do not reply to emails where they owe you money and will avoid paying you at all costs . Even if the ombudsmen has awarded it . They will be dealt with by the ombudsmen making matters worse for them and their reputation .
