Shouldn't be trusted to represent vulnerable adults or anyone who's survived suicide.Olivia Crowther Pulley is more interested in costs than fair representation. No compassion or empathy.Talking about sexual assult, this women just replied that she was very busy and had to bring the call to an end!

Avoid at all cost. They took on my case to only check the validity of my Section. I had to chase them up numerous times and it took 4 weeks for a solicitor to call me. This is because I threatened them with a complaint. They were paid for the work and I did not even get a definitive answer, because the solicitor was too busy to read my case.

I wrote a letter about my housing problems, and then some young man with a poor grasp of English language told me he didn't fink they could take my case as it might not get legal aid, and then didn't hear from them again. Sounds as if this so called free legal advice is just if they can get paid by legal aid.Sounds like just another charity where the main charity starts at home.

Arrogant and total incompetent. Cannot listen to the client, when they complain their “investigation” limited to their own files, not interested in facts and instead of helping the client they bullying them and after have the audacity to blame the client with the same!Don’t send relevant support documents and cover letters to the client request and rather close ranks and holding back their own clients at all costs!More importantly the charity status means that their donors cannot be challenged. Wiltshire Council found the way to cut people off…DO NOT TRUST THEM! They are not worthy!Wish I could believe if you pay, then they can do better, but the level of ignorance is beyond me, and as I see previous reviews I’m 100% sure they would not, cannot. Frustrating!

Wiltshire Law Centre, in particular Atif Habib, has a feckless approach towards matters, which are brought to attention. At least that is my experience. Being as it is, a charity, Wiltshire Law Centre has no need to produce results or meet a target. It can simply waste a person's time and cast them off - and not at all politely.

Yep this place should be avoided. The head solicitor has a double barrelled name and you know when they can not communicate any better than some 12 year old in messenger that they've never worked a day in their life.
