You would be a fool going anywhere else. Great service and price and very flexible and accommodating. Mr. Azeemi was very helpful and flexible throughout the process. He is a true gentleman. The product is good quality and the carpet fitter was excellent. Mr.Azeemi is a professional and gave a serious and very competitive price from the start, he also was able to provide the installation in a week ( carpet right needed at least 3). Communication was great, they were timely and very respectful around the house.Highly recommend

We had received a couple of quotes for carpeting two flights of stairs and then a friend recommended I see Mr Azimi of FreshStart carpet and flooring. Not only did we get a very good price and quality carpet, but the fitting is the best you can get! All in all, you won't get better customer service anywhere and for this reason I had to rate FCF 5 stars- truly well deserved. Well done Mr Azimi and his amazing team.

It was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Azimi. He can be quite slow and it can be frustrating chasing him but the work he completed in my home was very professional and the carpet is lovely. He also gave me a good deal from all the other quotes I had so he is definately willing to work with you on pricing. The finish is great. The underlay makes the room more warm and also very sound proof which I am sure my neighbours are happy about.

We were recently recommended to Azimi from a friend of ours and we’re really glad we were. Not only was his price cheaper than the big brands for the same carpet, he was able to deliver and fit in a much shorter timescale. The fitter was very diligent and the finish on the stair runner is especially impressive. Highly recommend using his services.

Excellent experience with this store. We purchased a carpet and they designed and installed it as a runner for us. Professional and a better price than anywhere else we went to.Look very clean cut, we had no issues with communication or Mr Azimi understanding what we were expecting.Would highly recommend, I have attached some pictures for anyone interested.

He was very knowledgable and helpful. When he came to fit the carpet, he went over and beyond to ensure an excellent fit. I was very pleased with the results and would highly recommend him to anyone.
