Having dealt closely with Dilwyns in general and Andrew Morgan in particular over the last eighteen months during a global pandemic, I have wholly found the service regarding property and estate inheritance to be as smooth as possible and have throughout felt informed through both email, telephone and letter.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star, the way they dealt with the sale of my nans house after she passed was very unprofessional and in the end my family dealt with the dirty work which the solicitors were meant to deal with.Not only that from a couple of people I know brought houses have also had a bad experience.

Unprofessional solicitor. Unresponsive and deceitful. Passed on freehold company to leaseholders with known outstanding issues and caused major problems for new owners. Still not acknowledging multiple errors made or helping to resolve them. Not recommended.

Amazing! I cannot fault then at all! I was nervous as I was buying my first home but Dilwyns solicitors gave me so much help and confidents that it was all going to be okay! My understanding that moving house can take time? It took less than 2 months from when I put the offer in! Special mention to Gareth Jones who was so proffesional and understand of the lack of knowledge I had lol! He made it so much easier for me and I cannot be more grateful! Would recommend to anyone!Jack

I am only commenting as I saw the negative review. I have engaged Dilywns several times over the past few years and have found them to be trustworthy, honest and extremely competent. I would question the motive behind such a negative comment to a firm that has always provided me with such great service!

I want to start by saying thank you to the team and especially Andrew Morgan , Peter and Sam they helped me in a extremely difficult family situation today. They used there expertise and connections to deliver a positive outcome. The difficult situation and nature of the task Were performed with care companion and absolute professionalism and for this I can not thank them enough . I have not needed to be represented but a solicitor before but if I do again I will definitely call upon the team at dilwyns of Llandrindod Wells I urge anyone who needs help to contact them thanks again

We use Dilwyns for all our legal advice regarding family matters and purchasing of properties. The service is excellent. Having worked with Sam Pitchford most recently regarding child care arrangements he was most helpful and really invested his time and knowledge to supported me through the situation giving legal advice and confidence along the way. Advice was given in a way which would be beneficial and on how not to occur unnecessary costs - something that you would not expect from solicitors. Would highly recommend. Diolch Dilwyns.
