Nothing to give review about this salon. Was a hilarious experience over there. 2stuffs were so much aggressive o my goodness they don’t even know how to handle customer or talk very rude i will never recommend this salon to anyone never going again..my nails are not even done properly wasted project.

I had my hair cut done here recently (at the Tamanas opposite Upton Park station) and it just looks awful- it seems like I could have cut it at home. I am feeling depressed and have had to book in another appointment this week at a different place to get my hair fixed.The ladies were lovely but the haircut was very mediocre. I was charged £18.00.

**Title: Terrible Experience - Avoid This Place**I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this establishment. The customer service was abysmal, and the owner was incredibly rude. Two weeks ago, I went in for a hair color treatment, but it quickly became evident that the staff lacked knowledge about hair.I had shown them pictures of the specific hair color I desired, but the stylist seemed completely lost. Instead of achieving the burgundy shade I wanted, they managed to turn my hair into an unattractive, almost white color. My hair ended up looking gray and uneven, with one shade lighter at the top and another darker at the bottom, when it was supposed to be a consistent color throughout.To make matters worse, their pricing was completely deceptive. Online, the prices appeared much lower than what I was charged in-store. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, leaving me feeling cheated.For my second visit, I hoped to correct the color, but the elderly stylist seemed just as clueless as the first. It was evident that they had no idea what they had done previously. This place was a total disaster, and I regretted spending my hard-earned money there.In summary, I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. The lack of expertise, terrible customer service, and deceptive pricing make it a place to avoid at all costs. Save your money and sanity by seeking services elsewhere.

NEVER GO TO THE DISGUSTING UNHYGIENIC PLACE WHERE THEY MESSED MINE AND MY FRIEND HAIR AND EYEBROWS! THEY USED A KETTLE TO WASH MY HAIR AS THEIR HOT WATER STOPPED WORKING! ALSO USED DAMP USED TOWEL ON MY HAIR. THE STAFF KEPT TAKING BREAKS TO GO AND EAT. MY HAIR IS LEFT IN PATCHES WITH MISSING HIGHLIGHTS AND LOOKS NASTY. IT TOOK 4 PEOPLE TO DRY MY HAIR!! THE OWNER LOOKED AT MY SHORT HAIR AND CHARGED ME £120 FOR HIGHLIGHTS JUST BECAUSE MY HAIR IS THICK LOL.. WHEN ITS CHARGED BY LENGTHS :/ MONEY HUNGRY GUY! WE WILL REPORT YOU!

I requested to get my existing curtain bangs cut shorter , however the hairdresser ended up giving me feathers and layers etc which I did not ask for . I requested for approximately one inch of hair being cut , I even showed how much hair I wanted cut off my hair with my fingers however she cut almost half of my hair off. I have gone to many salons before and requested the same thing , however this has never happened to me. She continued gaslighting me telling me that my hair is long , I was too upset to speak up about it so I paid £18 however this place is not the place to go to if you want your hair cut . She proceeded to say ‘ have you never got your hair cut before it goes short like this ‘ which is belittling me and she also said ‘in order to give you layers and the hair style you wanted I had to cut your hair short, hair always goes short like this ‘ etc however all I wanted was for my existing curtain bangs to get adjusted. She did not listen to my request and when I told her she cut my hair too short , she did not admit to her mistake , she started saying ‘ I said i’ll give you centre cut ‘ …. which does not make sense as I googled centre cut and that is not a thing . If you say ‘ centre cut ‘ to someone who speaks fluent english they will automatically assume that you’re talking about their parting etc as before that she asked me about my parting . I refuse to believe this was done accidentally as the mess up was ridiculous . Complete opposite and unprofessional of what I expected from a service that I paid for especially as I was recommended this place . 0/10 would not recommend- stick to your usual hairdresser.Update - I just contacted customer service and very rude behaviour from the Owner. Stated he does not want to talk to me unless I call from my number and started being very disrespectful, he raised his voice and was showing aggressive behaviour . I do not trust random men with my number and he does not seem professional enough to access my number. I continued to state nicely ‘ I have a question ‘ and he continued his aggressive attitude. I do not even want to go back to the shop to complain because they are not professional.

I went to colour my hair.the colour I showed the staffs said they are able to give it. but the staff gave me different coloured and burn my hair. Next day I went and showed the owner was trying to fix but could not. their behaviour are good but I waist my money and buy my hair damage. its really frustrating. they don't know what they are doing, confused and lazy people

I had keratin straightening with them … I am sooo happy and satisfied with their service. The way they are accommodating the customers is well appreciated . I appreciate the team for their dedication towards their work especially sadiya, Fatima and hema . Thanks for the samosa ( owner ) . I will recommend and refer as well .

TERRIBLE! The day after I had the eyelash extensions done I to go to another place to have it removed!!!!! The material is not good at all! I GOT AN INFLAMMATION IN MY EYES and LOST MY NATURAL EYELASHES as it has so many hair and glue, that was extremely heavy! I told I like it very natural, Only few hairs….she put lots and I barely could blink my eyes!
