Of course, speaking in behalf if wife and daughter lol.They like the range for adults, however daughter says for kids the tops are too short, or designed to make the kids look older...However the quality of material is good, the staff are friendly here.

Good range of products, and very helpful staff. Two entrances, one straight of the high street and one through the shopping centre. Slightly difficult to locate a specific item if you know exactly what you're looking for but otherwise a great shop!

Never had a bad experience aside from today where a member of staff was incredibly rude to my friend. He is interested in women’s clothing and shoes etc and a member of staff made him very uncomfortable and upset and called him stupid in the phrase ‘if you’re going to be stupid you can leave’ and that is not ok to make customers uncomfortable and we’re fine since we can go to River Island; much better and accepting service but clearly the service isn’t as up to date as the clothes here. Disappointed. Won’t be shopping here again as we were all made to feel uncomfortable when a friend of ours in a group was put down for looking at women’s shoes. Disgusting behavior.

I remembered going to New Look in Lincoln when I was 8 in 2012 which is 10 years ago where I went to New Look in Lincoln and I really enjoyed it high recommended for Men and Women and girls over 12 years old who will love this shop in Lincoln

Great place but not much of the 'niche' ranges available in this store. Noticed when I was pregnant they removed the ranges from store so went to h&m close by as I'd made a trip in especially to try on things.

Easy to access store with a wide range on offer. I do find it hard to navigate the store and it's not particularly pushchair friendly so I rarely shop there. I just order online and collect.

They've removed the Men's section from the shop now and replaced it with 915. There isn't a great deal of variety in the choice of clothing or shoes but it makes do with the space they have.The staff are mostly friendly and the changing room is very large, with space for friends/family to sit in the middle whilst they're waiting.
