Insurance claim job was outsourced to I&O. No contact unless chased countless times, promised by assessor in late Oct that work would be completed by Christmas, but this was a lie. Now in late Nov, and still no confirmed date for work to be done, and without our bathroom since July!! Terrible customer service and consideration.

Everything seemed fine to begin.First issue - the overflow of our bath wasn't tightened, causing a leak and hole in our kitchen ceiling. It was repaired but still noticeable.Second issue - another leak under our bathroom sink, luckily no damage caused and was repaired.Third issue - they broke our bath panel, ordered a new one from a different supplier which didn't fit correctly. We agreed to order one and, yes, our fault, it wasn't right. We ordered a 4th bath panel and they agreed a date to fit it and didn't show, not to mention they didn't contact us to reschedule or apologise for not showing. Both Louis and Daryl were aware and did nothing, no returned calls. We've fitted it ourselves after waiting since March!Forth issue - the sealant around the bath is coming away from the bath itself.Fifth issue - our shower screen is coming away from the tiles.There's literally no point in me trying to contact them as they can't be bothered to rectify PROPERLY the issues they have caused. I would not recommend, they're a rip off for the standard of work they do. It's a shame, as there was other work we wanted them to do, but I'm glad I've seen their poor standards before committing to anything more. The only positive I have from the whole experience was Clint did a fantastic job on the tiling.
