This was a last minute order on my part so called asking for same day delivery. Service was excellent, friendly, funny and accommodating. Only reason for 4 stars was because I was a little disappointed with the quantity of flowers. Quality was great. Maybe I am out of touch with what £50 buys! (That did include delivery).

Ordered flowers last minute for a 60th birthday and they arrived promptly the next morning. Beautiful flowers and the arrangement was gorgeous. The customer service received was fantastic and upon speaking to Nick in regards to the order he went above and beyond. The perks of buying from a local business is the care they take of their customers and this was definitely felt. Would definitely use them again.

Disappointed in the flowers I ordered, the presentation and quality portrayed in the website picture wasn't matched by what was delivered.I even paid £40 for a medium sized sheaf which I didn't think was good value for money when I saw it.The upsetting thing was the flowers were for the funeral of my Uncle who's passion was gardening and flowers so I wanted them to be special.

Ordered an £80 sunflower wreath for my grandads funeral and expected it to be delivered on the day of the funeral (Monday).However, I have just spoken with the funeral director (14:00 Friday) and they have already been delivered.This is unacceptable and should have been communicated to me prior to paying. If I had know I would have gone with a different florist who would have made sure that my grandads flowers were vibrant and fresh.If they are anything less than perfect on the day they will be seeing me in person.
